While you wouldn’t know it from the weather we’ve been getting here in Connecticut, race season is right around the corner and the first official “race” on my schedule is the Mystic Moon River Run. I’m pretty sure the 3-miler will be a fun run and I’d love to do it barefoot if the weather cooperates, but we’ll have to wait and see. Anyways, if you’re in the area and feel like running three miles at 6pm on Sunday, March 14th, here’s the entry form. The fee is $20, which supports the American Stroke Association.
