Websites – A few sites that I currently (or have previously) used to track my runs…
RunningAHEAD – The current website of choice for tracking my running. RunningAHEAD allows you to record your runs and track them on a simple, monthly calendar view. You can keep a log of runs using specific equipment, as well as sync directly to your Garmin Forerunner watch to see runs, stats, maps, etc. The website is pretty basic looking, but it gets the job done!
DailyMile – Great site for tracking various athletic activities, plus it adds a great social networking layer to give others encouragement or just see what everyone is up to. DailyMile can sync with your Garmin GPS watch as well.
Garmin Connect – Provides many of the same features as RunningAHEAD and DailyMile, but provides a pretty awesome widget that you can put on your website to show a particular run. The widget includes a map of the run, along with data such as pace, total distance, etc.
RunKeeper – If you don’t have a Garmin or some other way to track your running and want to use your iPhone, this is an awesome application for tracking your mileage, pace and elevation, as well as calories burned. It also maps the run out so you can see it on their website.
